On the left is a gorgeous Classic Winter with ivory skin and hazel eyes (after she put her makeup back on). She is starting a job search as an executive. She says:

“I can finally throw away my no-style Mommy clothes. Shopping for the classy clothes my new job demands will be so much easier. And wearing clothes that I know look good on me gives me a huge boost in self-confidence. If you feel confident in your clothes, you appear more confident to everyone else.”

Another client, Mary Ellen said this:

“Just a note to say I am surprised at the new way I am seeing the world around me. I returned home from my color analysis session to walk into my house with a big “Ooohhhh!” seeing freshly that even my rugs & the towels hanging on the rack can reflect my palette. Though I realize our session was only a first step, already it’s expanding my awareness exponentially. The bonus: I feel like I’m going to be able to create visual harmony in my home as well as my clothes.”

Lee, a realtor said,

“I am having so much fun with my swatches, though it’s challenging to move away from black and white. Today at a meeting with colleagues at least three people asked me if I had gone through a makeover. Or told me I looked really good today. Or made me feel like I must have been doing something wrong up until this time. I am feeling like quite the fashion plate lately.”

And from Connie:

“After two prior color consultations it is a relief to finally have closure about my season and to have a beautiful palette, selected just for me, that really feels like me. Those folks just couldn’t decide if I was warm or cool, and you managed to integrate both into my fan. I so appreciate your expertise.”

All color analyses are done with clients wearing no makeup and a blah white top, for the most accurate skin tone and eye color reading (some have put makeup on for the photo, others have not). No two people have the same color palette, even if their sub-season is the same, because human variability is marvelously infinite. It makes this work a voyage of discovery, both for me and for the client. I find each one of my clients uniquely beautiful; here are some of them.
