Do you love seeing a bud open and blossom? a butterfly emerge from the chrysalis? a friend’s authentic beauty emerge…? Then maybe you’d like to be a ColorStyle analyst. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s not cheap. But here’s how you do it:
2. Take an intensive training in color theory, personal design and seasonal style. Learn how to observe and analyze the crazy variety of people’s coloring, body structure and personality – and how they interact to create each unique person.
3. Practice, practice, practice observing, analyzing and creating palettes for a wide variety of people. Get frequent constructive feedback on your work from an experienced color analyst.
4. Become even nuttier about color. Observe color and its interactions everywhere–in nature, art, fashion, architecture, etc., as well as in the people you see walking down the street. What is pleasing and harmonious? What detracts from someone’s natural beauty?
5. Participate in more training to refine your understanding and acquire more skills – like how to direct the viewer’s eye with line, contrast and repetition
Lather, rinse, repeat. And in the process of doing this amazing work feel the thrill of watching your clients emerge, like butterflies, more authentically beautiful than they’d ever imagined.
OK. So you don’t have the time, energy or money for all that. But you’d like to be that beautiful butterfly – or you know someone who sure could blossom with a little guidance. Give me a call (360) 903-3659. I’d love to create your custom palette and help you begin embodying your most authentic seasonal style.
